Our Walk-In Freezer Rooms are made of either 100 or 120 mm Premium high Quality Puf Panels & Puf Doors with Hermetic/Semi-hermetic/Scroll Condensing Units including Evaporators, Control Panels, other accessories which is more Energy Efficient, Low Noise, easily maintainable to maintain the same performance for many years. The room temperature will vary based on the product application. Usually, the room temperature will be between -15 Deg c To -25 Deg C based on the Applications.

Application

  • 1. Dairy Foods like Ice Cream, Butter.

  • 2. Poultry, Sea Foods, Beef/Pork, Mutton Storage.

  • 3. All Frozen Foods like French Fries, Momos, Green Peas, Frozen Samosa & Parotta etc.,

1. SINGLE PHASE / THREE PHASE SERVO STABILIZER:

    It will protect our Refrigeration Units “The Heart of the Cold Rooms” from Severe Power Fluctuation. Based on the Refrigeration units, the required stabilizer capacity will be selected

2. RACKING’S :

    Racking’s help the labors to do their Job in a faster & easy manner. Over stocking of products up to ceiling which will leads to poor air circulation across the room, poor temperature in products, frequent failures of Drain/Coil/tray Heaters, Fan Motors. A Simple Racking’s will be the perfect solution for the above failures & it will make your Cold Rooms to perform well for many years with minor services periodically.
