Semi-Continuous Puf Panels (Cam-lock Joints):

Specially designed eccentric lock mechanism ensures airtight between joints. Tongue and groove with specially designed cam locks will be provided here. The cam lock fasteners come in pairs, a male cam lock latch and a female cam lock pin. Insulated panels are joined together in required lengths to assemble peripheral walls, partition walls, ceilings and floor. It is well designed Tongue & Groove system which utilizes the Cam locks to achieve superior tightness and uniform line. Panels slip into place allowing for easy and rapid installation, whilst improving structural strength and thermal efficiency.

Here the panels can manufacture with a non-standard dimension also. So, panel wastages will not happen at any site for all kind of rooms.

One more advantage here is Corner panels. In Continuous panels, all the corners will be joined by cutting & joining with help of flashings & silicon’s. Some temperature leakages might happen if that corner installation is not proper.

But in Semi-Continuous panels, we are providing corner panels which will be in L shape up to 5 Mt Ht which helps labors to join the corners easily by simple cam-lock mechanism without any flashings & other accessories. Now the entry of atmospheric air will be fully arrested by using corner panels.
