Continuous Puf Panels (Tongue & Groove Joint):

Tongue and Groove Joint between the panels ensure precise inter locking and provide dimensional accuracy. The panels ae locked together by means of press fit and it has been designed in such a way that there are no thermal bridges and only foam comes in contact at the core of the panels. Flashing of same finish of cold storage panels employed on corners, wall to ceiling and partitions to ensure complete sealing. This type of joint system ensures air tightness between the Puf panels.

Here the panels are manufactured with a standard dimension. So, some panel wastages might happen at site for some non-dimensional rooms.
