HATCH DOORS

Hatch Doors are nothing but a small vertical door that can be fitted horizontally in Puf panels and it is surrounded by frame in all sides. These doors are mainly used in Walk-In Freezers for material movement through Ante-room. If we open the main doors for material loading/unloading, the entire room temperature will be exposed to Ante room and outside atmospheric air also will enter in to the freezer room. This will cause additional stress to refrigeration units to run continuously in order to maintain the required temperature. This leads to frequent ice formations in wall, ceiling panels & floorings which will leads to slippery while walking inside room, frequent failure of fan motors & drain/tray heaters due to severe ice formation over there, etc.,

In order to avoid those failures, end users are advised to handle the material movements through this hatch door which will be power efficient also. Normally it is advised for end users that whenever the doors are opened, it has to be closed immediately and needs to do the remaining labor works. The nominal hatch door dimensions are 600 x 600 mm & 750 x 750 mm with available thickness of 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm and its dimensions can be customized.
